  • 7 Reasons Why the New GM Might File for Bankruptcy [View article]
This guy knows what he is talking about, and I agree with him 100%. I will also add the 8th point which is, producing and importting cars from China is like shooting yourself in the foot, not only GM will pay a heavy price in the future, but all the other car manufacturers and the country.

  • Fed Considers GM Buy-In: Digging a Deeper Hole [View article]
Every one including the government don't seem to be thinking about car buyers and share holders. For the past two weeks I have spoke with over 50 people about GM going bankrupt, and I tell you over 80% said that those days they would not buy a car from a bankrupt company, even if it's GM and regardless of the government involvement and support. Why should they when they have many other and better options to chose from than buy a car from a company that is being fixed or rather rigged the wrong way. Good Luck, it may look good on papers and its an easy solution, but I'm sure they will later on realized that it was a disatrous one.

  • Trading FDA Decisions: 14 Candidates [View article]
Would you please tell why all the sudden we started hearing from the auditors, about the viability and financial or health situation and so on of certain companies'. Where were they all these days, and the same thing goes for Moody and standard and poor, cutting companies' ratings left and right. I think the right name for the auditing firms should be collaborators, or if you wish, silent partners. Because they offen care about pleasing management than reporting or telling companies the truth, simply to keep the account/business. In fact, You don't know any more whom to trust, believe or listen to. Of course you can't trust the managemet of companies, not even our government.

  • Five Things That Could Resuscitate the Markets [View article]
I and many people I know, will not, I repeat will not, buy a car from a bankrupt company, regardless how they go about it. Why should we, when we have many other car makers to chose from. Just think, we are hardly buying GM cars right now, how about if GM goes bankrupt. Unfortunatly, always we tend to look for the easy way out to fix a miss we creat, either by laying off people, or filing bankrupcy. This is not the way to fix such a huge company by screwing so many other people and compannies.
