TD Ameritrade Kicks E*Trade While It's Down

OK, Ameritrade has kicked E-trade while it was in prone position on the ground. Will they now pick up said company, dust them off, rub and salve the bruise left from the aforementioned kick and bring them into the Ameritrade fold? Will there be a kissing and a making up and a "no hard feelings, let me buy you a drink"? We opportunists who purchased E-Trade stock after it fell to the ground last week eagerly await to hear!
