Demystifying Dry Bulk Shipping: Low P/E Companies That Aren't Properly Valued

What is the general consensus on COSCO's role in the drybulk landscape? Not traded on the NASDAQ or NYSE (but on the singapore & HK exchanges I believe) it seems to be flying under the radar. I am under the impression COSCO has the largest of the fleets, and with such a close tie to China, shouldn't we consider it a better choice to play the China trade?
