    Very solid article. IMHO I think O is fairly to slightly over valued. If you're not in the stock, its not a bad entry pt currently, although it is up 3% after hours. I have been in this one for a couple years, and add consistently. I'd add again at anything under $50 ps. It is as close to a buy and forget stock as there is, or even a monthly accumulation stock.

    You miss the point entirely. Monthly income = faster compounding. History is you friend. BTW, if you grow your weekly dividend each year for over 20 years like O has and pay out weekly with increasing stockholder value, yes I would but your REIT!

    One question, with MAIN having such a high premium to NAV would it not be prudent to sell now and look for a lower price point for re-entry somewhere down the road? I know it has a decent yield, but it seems to me that one's capital could be put to better use in the current landscape.

    I mentioned it in your last piece - NTI for your MLP. Unfortunately it is up about $3 since that post. I like ORC too, but that would give you another mREIT. Take a look at CVRR as well, better price point currently than NTI. I am a long term holder of NTI and would buy at a price of < $22
