  • UAW itching for a fight over two-tier wage system [View news story]
bit of a "randian" much there john? corporatocracy "leaders"
similar to Romney in full measure destroyed this country
selling off corporate assets as if it were some clever innovative
new business idea that could only come from the brightest
ceo's in America. now what we have is corporate facism w/
a well entrenched "socialized corporate welfare" at the expense
of all citizens in this country.
your diatribe defending their behavior is refuted by the results,
lowest "labor participation rate" in over 30YEARS. the "owners"
abandoned those that made their fortunes for them and that's
regarded as "clever" business practice? interesting conclusion,
I regard them all as traitors to this country.
why are tax payers liable for sec8 and snap dependency of
workers? isn't that a violation of the biblically held first tenet
    of "free market capitalism"?

any corporation that has profits as high as wmt's
shouldn't be entitled to STEAL tax payments from
all citizens in this country. why do american's have to
subsidize a "free market capitalist" company?
wmt STEALS 100's of millions through SEC8 and SNAP
theft!!!!! wmt resides at the very top of "socialized corporate
welfare" recipient in America. in my opinion they're
Unions are the only thing in this country that has separated
the worker from slavery. in addition every person in this
country benefitted from the progress of UNIONS!! conservatives
don't like to admit that, though it doesn't change the facts!!
our collective wages have been going down for 40YEARS!!

Fascism should rightly be called Corporatism, as it is the merger of corporate and government power.

anybody that would actually use gs for "investing" advice
or calls is seriously just looking for a beating of biblical proportions.
they've demonstrated their sincerity repeatedly for YEARS!!!!!!!
they are "producers" you are "muppets" and exist to be fleeced
    at their discretion.
    any questions?

  • Icahn to make "precatory" proposal to call for Apple buyback vote [View news story]
these high techs selling bonds, then using proceeds for
buybacks just seems soooo pathetically lame. yes, you expand
multiples and minimally drive stock price up. but..........what
does it actually "DO" for the company?
it's an accntg gimmick that's seriously wearing thin.
I.con has become an enormous BORE!!!!!!!
after aapl will issue more shares driving price up w/
    "greater liquidity". c'mon.............. realllllllyyy?

  • Municipal insurers cheer Illinois pension move [View news story]
the good news regarding this, "the rule of law" is working
for the criminal insurance companies. additional bonus is
we can now blame "union workers" and those who fulfilled
their 20year+ obligation to get a pension in the first place.
employees are lazy socialists all just wanting a free handout.
they don't even deserve .16 on the $, let em ROT!! the
insurance companies "worked" and were "producers" so
they are entitled to 100 on the $. insurance companies
"need" the proceeds more than employees. they're broke(ins. co's).
"rule of law" works for corporations(they're people too) and
employees are prosecuted w/ "moral hazard".

  • Microsoft closes $8B in dollar and euro-denominated debt sales [View news story]
    justaminute - my point was it's a wash,rinse,repeat
after selling bonds, doing the "buyback", they'll
reissue new shares to raise capital under pretext
    of "improved liquidity".
it's all just p/e expansion on the back of "clever"
accntg. at some point the actual "business" will
become the focus. when remains the question

  • Futures flat as stocks look to break losing streak [View news story]
guardian - perhaps you've noticed the bond sales,
proceeds of which are invariably going into buybacks.
soon to be followed by new share issuance which
of course will drive prices higher as a result of "greater
yes, negative news is now good as well as inverse. we're quite close to highs, this is apparently
the clever way to grow a business these days? or a
twtr ipo w/ current market value of 22billion and no profit.
    dogs are cats and ..........
I for one would very much appreciate a clever elucidation
on clever business operation in the land of the "bernank put".

  • EU Commission fines banks €1.71B for rate-rigging [View news story]
always curious to know where the proceeds of these
slaps on the wrist these banks repeatedly consistently
get? they need to put some prison time on the "penalties"
as well. it is unfortunate the penalties are of course
recovered through assessment(s) on the "customer".
typically these "penalties" have been running a 10%
tithe on the gross THEFT. doesn't really appear much
    of a deterrent, does it?

all these tech co's buying back shares w/ proceeds from bond sales.
sure it raises stock price initially though doesn't change dynamics
of an obvious inability to grow the companies organically.
then.......I suppose they'll do a greater share offering
