  • Without necessarily saying so explicitly, central bankers have acknowledged that they're flying blind as they try to spark growth with aggressive monetary easing. "We don't fully understand what is happening in advanced economies," Lorenzo Bini Smaghi, formerly of the ECB, told the IMF's Spring meeting. The major question is whether the banks' policies are storing up serious trouble for the future. [View news story]
Isn't this a hoot ! "flying blindly " Don't think the billions of poor around the planet don't know there having trouble surviving as the local monies don't buy much.Even as commodities tumble..

Oh well.. Blind always lead the blind !

Right & all fear Huawei as worlds largest Telco ! So much so the US Congress had to forbid US telcos from buying their servers and warned CSCO not to subcontract !

Asian firms will take out US makers in time !

This was the same thinking by US sheeple about Japan in the 1970s..All Japanese build is poor quality ! Until it wasn't ! Then their lousy products weren't and they wiped many US companies out and bankrupted ALL US car makers. Now were hear GM's China CEO saying not to far down the road GM can close US plants !

WINK ! U wake up ! Can U say OUTSOURCE US jobs and can U say US standard of living is way to high and will tank ! The future is so clear and not so bright for 3/4s of US folks ! :)

Why do you think most major US internationals didn't repatriot the $s when the Gov gave them amnesty ! There not stupid ! *>)

Maybe for once ( just maybe) Balmer looks out in the near future..
The smart phone business isn't the place anyone should be ! ANYONE !
Who would believe the Chinese would build a good quality smart phone for $ 65 bucks & India firms easily undercutting the $ 65..And, the quality will get better & better.I say often WMT will sell smart phones in bins by the check out.. 2 for $ 99 ?

And as AAPL sinks to the mid 300s and 3/4s of the US investment world scrambles to decide to dump or risk bad numbers in 2013..The plot thickens and the MSFTs & INTCs of this world must take a good look at the price of there chip & hardware and have there so called "futurists" CAREFULLY look out into the future an get into areas the Asians won't kick there butts in !

  • The decline in gold prices could be an opportunity for bulls, quips MBF Clearing commodities trader Mark Fisher. "If you're a long-term believer in gold, then you should love this, what's going on, because it's going to give you a chance to buy a significant position at a much cheaper price." The operative two words in that sentence however, are "long-term." "If you're a short-term speculator, good luck." (Video). [View news story]
Central Banks ( almost all) have mega amounts of bullion on back order ! This is a wonderful event for them as they have 5 year concensus predictions and see a major event..

CME #s are available to traders & ETF short #s are probably on NASDAQ.com,but, we all need to watch Dubai an see where & who take the deliveries! That's where the action is and they are the supplier to 140 countries !

I started buying gold on this smack down for the first time in 15 years and all the silver I can get, but. will not touch paper PMs and will not store gold inside the USA. NOT !

50 companies will be releasing all kinds of phones and we don't have a clue what 45 of them are planning ! Asian phones will get better and cheaper smart phones will be in big bins at WMT ! CHEAP and they will cook and clean & make donuts !

I know my $ 65 tablet will do this and won't do that, but, don't tell that to my tablet ! & if all that is $ 65 that means that ALL high end phones MUST drop big in prices !

Wonder how many Asian phones will have big keybord and 4.5 " screen..And sell for 99 bucks > 15 of them ? 25 of them ? Or only 10 of them !
