      i noticed that too, good point.
      i also noticed its going from Hovnanian to Hovnanian. Ara selling in the late fall and Kevork and Sirwart buying in Jan. those last two have pretty large stakes now.

      oh, i also wanted to note, that on wednesday, after the Fed decision, cramer was on cnbc at about 3pm. the market was starting to climb. he comes out all pumped up, he says the market is going to" ramp into the close". he basically said to buy anything.
      its safe to say the days highs came 10-15 minutes later and the market then reversed more than 150 points only to close the day in the red.
      my favorite stock is ISRG, cramer put a sell on it the other day, well it was up 8% today and 15% AH. i love a cramer triple sell!!

      you're absolutely right Doc. it's easy to throw out names when the market is bullin'. just pick some top name and momentum will do the rest. if he doesn't cause the momentum himself.
      the problem comes when there is volatility (which has been heavy for the last 6 months), by the time he has made a call, the market has already changed its mind and reversed.
      i think he is also crazy recommending the homebuilders to his "retail crowd" right now. they can make money, but you better have nerves of steel. he will get them in high, they will make a big pullback and all his drones will have to sell at a bottom again with a 15-20% loss.

      haha, sweet call. luckily i loaded up on shares between $235-240 and a couple 280 calls at the same time. it looked hairy for a bit, but i guess that's why its pays to stick to your guns.

      oh bye the way, Great Call!! on VMW. i had a 1 to 1 strangle on them at 75 and 85. it's safe to say that was some of the easiest money i ever made.
      you just knew it was either gonna pop or drop a ton. i was thinking it was going to drop , so i should have leaned on the puts, but who cares? haha.

      i kicked myself for getting out of MA but i more than made up for it. i had a major portion of money on ISRG. the CC is finishing up as i type this. i played it pure long and heavy. the way things are going AH it looks like i am making a killing. i hope you are doing same! :)

      Thursday Outlook: Ignore the Talking Heads
      what a shame, you missed CNBC coming out at 3:15pm with big breaking news about bill ackman's words on the bond insurers and the the downgrading of fitch.
      not to mention, 5 minutes before that, gasparino said there was going to be an imminent downgrading of mbia or ambac.
      OR the 3:45pm rant by crammer saying the market is going to "ramp" into the close and you should be buying.

      woops, im sorry, i missed a half a penny a quarter, the div is $1.50 a year, putting the yield a little over 2.3%. not much difference, hehe.
