Google: Valuing the King of Search

i was in a chat room and someone mentioned about how google had screwed him out of 130 or so bucks over his having adsense on something of his. It got me thinking.. i wonder if this is a common practice and if so how long until they get a class action suit. What is likely before that is an antitrust investigation. Every company that gets too big..and corrupted by the absolute power of having so much money that your mattress is uncomfortable.
On top of that.. just wait till they try to get that radio automation patent through here in Canada. Y'know the one that was given to them on Dec. 25th 2007. Great idea.. not satisfied with a little slice of the pie lets just take everyones advertising dollar! The little problem comes further through in the patent when they start talking about sending advertising and radiogreetings.com messages to childrens toys. You see long ago here in Canada, very sensibly, it was made ILLEGAL to target children directly by advertising to them.
Googles use of a toy named "fluffy" in its patent is almost hilarious.
Not to mention..its just creepy.
