Petro-Canada Can Wait to Access Debt Markets Until 2010

The "Canroy's" in upper Canada are going to do better if what our President-Elect said is true. I thing he said ,no offshore drilling will be allowed. But 'Canada' is a different country, and they have plenty of Black Gold to back themselves up. And with the big 3 in turmoil, they will or should start producing better fuel efficent cars/trucks in the future or I hope so?.I would like to see the U.S. wean itself off of "foreign" oil, but with no offshore drilling what are we supposed to do.

With the barrel of oil going down, I would think the "tar sands" would cut back on their dividend payout. I still have a lot invested in Canadian Oil, and I belive we cannot cut ourselves off of it. I'm glad to see the U.S. manufactors trying to produce more fuel efficent cars for our needs, and oil will always be a major player in whatever we produce in the U.S..
