oops, that was "she should collect for loss of consortium"... I was in my second year of starting to build up three seperate businesses.. Plus they were just starting to really take off... I am still not out of danger where my health is concerned either.. All of the hoops merck expects us to jump through, when it's already proven that vioxx is the poison that caused our problems! Sure there are those that are just jumping on a lawsuit bandwagon trying to collect something they don't deserve, but there are plenty like us that deserves so much more then we'll end up with!

I still think that anyone who qualifies for the vioxx settlements should get at least $1.5 million each.. I personally expected $15 million and $1 - $5million for my wife's loss of consortium. You sure made enough off our pain and suffering!!! Especially when one so young is forced to live out life handicapped for the rest of it!!
