    According to the earnings call transcript WPRT expects significant revenue this year from a yet to be released LNG fuel tank and storage system for the North American market, an apparent market move to CNG would seem to put that revenue stream in doubt.

    There is no reason to believe LNG will be the primary fuel type of choice, in fact just the opposite according to a recent article in transport topics coverage of the recent ACT conference that included a panel discussion with reps of the truck OEMs who report over 90 percent of all orders will be CNG fuel.

    At the recent ACT convention in Washington all OEMs reported in a very well attended panel discussion greater than 90% of all existing orders for the ISX 12 G engine have CNG fuel systems.

    What is the LNG play,when is it expected to arrive and for what type of transportation operation is LNG best suited?

    I cannot find information that WPRT designs, manufactures or sell engines, I do see where they JV with partner companies who design, manufacture and sell an engine they want to offer as a natural gas variation, who then competes with the base engine fuel and design.

    Lockheed Martin announced in March they are getting into the LNG fuel storage business for trains, shipping & class 8 trucks....WPRT needs to make reasonable profit in just one venture before I become a believer..
