    Considering NYMEX stock has been losing value since its IPO. I think it is fair that CME only give what they think is a fair price.

    There are still some US exchanges left such as Philadelphia, Boston and CBOE. And the big financial companies such as JPM,GS, C are building their own trading platforms to compete against CME.
