Your basing your argument on a fallacy: that the market rallied based on Europe. The market rallied simply because it was over-sold. The question now is whether that rally has legs; whether Europe has a plan is merely one factor in that consideration.

The idea that the market needs a daily reason to determine where it wants to go is no less idiotic than these political rants. The final chart best shows the rationale for the size of the drop in 2008, as well as the degree of the "relief rally" ... what remains to be seen is whether the lows of the last 10 years will hold on this trip south.
