swimjames-thanks for the update. I think it is significant if states are opposed to coal plants. We know the bankers had been but localities preferred coal because it's cheaper for their constituents. However, it's a worthy development if they are now preferring cleaner energy. I think all this "green" dialogue has resulted in many believing saving the environment is worth it even if it involves slightly higher costs. Yet, if carbon credits and emission fines are strictly implemented then cleaner fuels such as NG may actually be I than dirty energy sources.

It appears estimates still haven't come down and/or the Market is skeptical.Read my take from a couple weeks ago.
