How Much Are Goldman's Level 3 Assets Worth?

Can anyone including the Mr.Kramer verify/confirm that Fed is taking the lever 3 assets as collaterals for its 28 day borrowing window? I think that Fed was first only taking AAA- or above and then taking BBB- above after BSC collapse.

Four Reasons Wal-Mart Is at a 2-Year High

The chart in this article is a 6 month one. The 2 year chart shows the current stock price is at the top of a 2 years trading range. So, I guess this is the time to sell WMT if it can't break out the resistance of this trading range. It was $51.58 on 10/27/2006. WMT made two attempts to break out the resistance in the past 2 weeks. But, it only reached $51.48 twice. I sold my holding yesterday at $51.32 and will buy back if it does break out.

I guess that the author probably meant QDII (Qualified Domestic Institutional Investors) instead of QFII because he further mentioned $30B cash outflow from China. QFII refers to invest in China market by foreign investors while QDII quota is the amount that Chinese (domestic) institutional investors are allowed to invest in overseas' markets.
