I was very surprised to find one of the other articles on the seekingalpha actually giving credibility to the recent NARSpin. Heck - it's NAR's job to spin data. I''m a homeowner too. More power to them. But NAR became the "boy who cried wolf " years ago. Does anybody actually believe anything they say ?
