Five Leadership Lessons From Obama's Second Month

I also disagree with President Obamas poll ratings and himself being popular. His ratings are going down on a daily basis. They are now about 56% approval and 43% disapproval. These are not exact statistics but everyday people are getting frustrated with him. Last nite on a talk show the host asked the question does Obama ever work? His stimulis bill was not even read or written by him or his staff but by congress who never read it either, mostly because of the time limit forced on them. He hires people that now we know are crooks and others just lying about the AIG bonuses to cover themselves up. Obama is responsible to make sure Tim Geithner has enough help and there are 16 positions left vacant in the treasury deparatment, Tim cannot do it alone, even if he now admits he knew about the contracts with the bonuses to AIG. How could he not have? He will be Obamas fall man, I sort of feel sorry for him, seeing him up there all alone, and no help on his staff to help him. Obamas main focus should be on our economy and he runs off to Calif. to be on Leno and go to a town hall meeting with his tele-prompters. He can't even answer questions on his own without someone telling him what to say. He acts like he is still running for office trying to impress people about his programs which so far have been a disastrous failure. Here millions of Americans have been laid off, our country is becoming bankrupt because of him spending trillions and trillions of dollars, which is ridicoulous and goes on TV being interviewed about his picks for the sports scores he thinks will win. Even a famous coach of one of the teams he picked said Obama should focus on the economy and not worry about sport sheets. All his campaign promises have been broken, such as I will veto every pork put in a bill, line by line. What a joke that is. I would like to know what Mr. Obama does all day? Does he care about the American people or is he just having fun at our exspense? He is going to tax us on gasoline, energy, capitol gains, not being able to deduct mortgage, not being able to deduct for charity donations, taxing payroll taxes, etc. Then he says only the people or small business that makes $250,000 will be taxed, that is a lie. I think his mission is to ruin America because that is what he is doing. Just think of his national health care system, what will happen when we can't choose our own doctors. Where will he get the money to pay for it? He is very dishonest and lies all the time, says one things and then does the opposite that he promised us. I am greatly dissapointed in his first two months. Just think if he can do this much damage is two months where will American be in four years from now? I agree with the article that to be sucessful you need qualified people that know what they are doing, that is what makes you a sucess. This is something Obamba should think about, and get rid of these clowns he has appointed as his cabinet members. How many had to step down because they had not paid their taxes, ect. If he buys up 8 billion dollars in treasuary bonds like he says he will, it will cause defalation, our money will be worthless.! Right now he will also cause inflation, I remember the double digit interest rates of the past. What Obama needs to do is lower taxes, to help us spend money to stimulate our economy, get rid of mark to market, stop the cap and trade, get rid of trade agreement he made with Mexico to stop their trucks coming in, etc. My daughter works in Cailf. at the county hospital and says every one of her patients are illegal aliens, they dont speak English, and they are getting free health care. Not to mention all the wealfare they get, food stamps, this is another example is why the state of Calif. is bankrupt. Obama also needs to deport all of these people taking jobs away from Americans and giving it to people who he will give citizenship to, just to get relected. Watching the news know with him as President is like watching a sopa opera everyday, while millions of Americans are unemployed and more losing there jobs. Obama ought to roll up his sleeves and "Get To Work" and do something before we are in a real depression we can't ever get out of!!!

Bernanke and Obama's Spending Schemes Could Ruin U.S. Economy

I agree that Obama has conned the public, but I knew that when I voted for McCain. His bailout stimulus package is so loaded with pork it should "OINK!!!! How about the hidden 5 billion to go to Acorn the voter fraud group that got Mr. Obama elected! How is that going to create jobs or stimulate our ecomomy? He owes them, that is why he snuk that in under another title. Since only a small amount of the bailout goes to create jobs, how will the other money given to stupid groups like birth control, etc. create jobs? Then the jobs Mr. Obama wants to create rebulid the roads and bridges are a joke also. Can you see all the computor nerds or stockbrokers laid off from Wall Street or other companies, going out and fixing a road in all types of weather, etc? Do you think they would in reality be able to do a job like that? I think not! What we need is less goverment like Regan said, less taxes, get a flat tax and ablolish the IRS, that would stimulate the economy! Obama doesn't have a clue what to do, and then when the Democrats in Congress write up this pork laden bill that hardly helps anyone, Obama supports it. It must be scrapped and rewritten totally. Obama is getting a bad start and then yesterday he said he screwed up, nice language for somone who the press writes up as such an eloquent speaker. Without his speeches written for him, at press confrences when he has to adlib and answer questions he doesn't speak so well. He is a con artist and can't be trusted, he flip flops on everything so much. He is from the corrupt state of IL. and part of Mayor Dailys political machine that is mobbed up. Emanuel also is one of Mayor Dailys boys, and yes "thebigpayoff" I am from Chicago and Ill. I know how corrupt this state is and always was. No one cared about Obamas radical friends and now they don' care if his cabinet is tainted with people who are above the law. This whole bailout is a joke and needs to be rewritten to get rid of ALL THE PORK and ridiculous crap that wont stimulate the economy, create jobs, or help the housing market.

eBay: First Quarter Looks Rocky

J. Donahue aboves remarks that sellers greed has brought down eBay is false!!!!! John Donahue and his dictaorship policys as forcing us sellers to use PayPal, not accept check or money orders from "our" buyers; not allowing us to leave negative feedback for bad buyers, who don't pay us, who return things they have damaged themselves, who falsely accuse us sellers of things that aren't true, raising fees on us, expect us to supply free shipping, etc etc, has brought ebay down to a level lower than the origianl stock prices started at. He will destroy ebay totally if the board of stockholders, don't get rid of him. If they were smart they would fire him and make ebay the way it was. Us small sellers, the ones that "make the noise" and sell flea market trash are the ones that made ebay the billionaires they were. I think they are not billinonaries anymore. You give John Donahue enough rope, and he will hang himself. If you stockholders want to keep your stocks from becoming penny stocks, fire him now and hire someone that will be fair to sellers and buyers. Most of us ex ebay sellers and powersellers have left ebay, and gone to other venues, or started our own websites. We have brought our loyal cusotmers with us. GoDaddy, Go Antiques, etc are starting new auction venues and will eventually put ebay out of business. Sell, Sell, Sell, your stocks before they are penny stocks, or fire Mr. Donhue who is the number one cause of ebays slowly dying death!!!!!!!

How Will Obama's 'Trillion Dollar Deficits' Affect the Markets?

I think people pick too much on President Bush. Think back to the 9 11 when we got attacked. I think people forget how Bush acted quickly to make up Home Land Security and beef up our airports, etc. We have never been attacked since. We must be able to listen in on phone conversation to catch Al Quidia and other Terrerorists groups operating here in the USA. Spying is part of keeping our nation safe,all nations do it, and if the liberals think terrorists should have the rights of Americans, even if they are not citizens they are ignorant. Where would we be now if Saddamn Hussian was still in power would he have teamed up with Iran? Bush put us in that area to get rid of Saddam and be close to our enemeys, that is one thin they don't like. I think a big mistake Bush has made though is that Iraq is loaded with oil, so much they can't even pump it all. I think the Iraqi goverment not only owes us billions on dollars for the war we did to save their ass, they should supply us with oil for saving their country. If they wont pay us the billions they owe us for the war they should give us oil as payment. We shouldnt have to buy oil from idiots like Chavez, etc. Iraq owes us too much and we should get part of the oli as paymentor at a guaranteed low price. Maybe we should of taken over the goverment and made it part of the United Staes becasue then we would have owned the oil fields. This may sound stupid but do the Iraqi people appreciate what we have done for them? I think not. I know a soldier working in Iraq in the prisoner of war prisons and the US gives the prisoners, decent food, little fans because its so hot, etc. He said the Iraqi's told him as soon as the US is out of Iraq and takes over the prisoner of war camp, they will kill all the prisoners, they dont waste time with courts and money they get rid of the terrorists quickly. I commed Bush for keeping us safe, and giving us tax breaks, I think he was distracted by the war and terrorists from the ecomony mess but this started way back in Clintons years, in fact Clinton let Bin Ladin go when they could have got him easily. Now all of Clintons staff is back running the country, that is no change, that is going backwards and scary!!! Bush isn't to blame for everything that is wrong with this country.Is it his fault the car companys want have the union control them and unskilled workers arent willing to give up ther $73 an hour in pay. I think Bush was wrong with all these stupid bailouts they havent done a thing to help us. Bush did good and not so good things, but it is ridiculous to blame everything wrong with this country on him!!

I know because I am from Chicago, ask any one in the state how corrupt the state of Illinois is, and Mayor Daly is mobbed up, he always has been. Now he has two of his boys in Washington, this is scary! This country is in deep trouble, security wise and with Obamas economic plan of Trillions of dollars he will put us in a depression. 3 Theories on Why Fewer eBay Listings Are Showing Up on Google

Watch out Donahue! Ebay is going down. I think Google booted you guys off their top listings, and it will stay that way. You want to play around with the big boys, this is what happens. The way you are screwing us sellers to get rid of our "flea market items", and make eBay like Amazon, you will lose in the end. Us small sellers are what made you guys billionares and this how you pay us back, no seller feedback, forcing PayPal down our throats, which is a move aginst free enterprise. The buyers are our customers and it should be up to us how we accept payment, check , MO, etc. If you want to be a dicator and tell everyone how to run their business, you will go down in the end. After eBay takes a fall, who would hire you? Maybe you could go get a job with Freddie Mac and Fannie May, you fit right in with running things just the way they like it! Millions of Power Sellers and small sellers are leaving eBay every day. There is another big auction house starting their own auctions in the next couple months. Watch out, because that is where everyone will shop to get their antiques and collectibles. If the stockholders of eBay who are reading this and losing money on their stocks, if you guys were smart you should force eBay to remove Donahue as CEO and replace him with someone that can make eBay like it was.That is the only way you will ever make money again on eBay stock. But it is probably too late because so many sellers have left and buyers, it will end up going out of business. You stockholders are going to be the ones to lose the most, so if I were you, I would sell, sell, sell.

Bailouts: The Moral Imbalance

The author of the aritcle is a true democrat. Not only counting the goverment putting billions of dollars into this mortage fund to buy up the bad loans, does beign a Democrat make it better? The housing market is dead right now, whether you bail out the crooks or not. Why go after the crooks who put us in this positions and bailed out of the companies months ahead of the crisis, knowing it was coming and left with millions in their pocket. Make them pay for the crimes they have done, just like Enron, etc. have done. Also if Obama gets elected and taxes the rich, which is if you or your business makes $250,000.00 or more he get 50% of our money. I own a small business that makes more than that, and our wages are at that rate, so we will lose 50% of our business income in taxes, 50% of our income in income taxes, where does that leave us? Will we be the next ones not being able to pay our mortgage payments? Obama says he will take our money, that by having a small business we took the risks of having it, we employ other people and give them jobs, and give that money to a waiteress because she makes minimum wage because she has no job skills? Is that our fault or our problem? Now that 50% of our business income is gone, it will be a domino effect on our employees who we give jobs to. We won't have the money to pay their salarys so they will be laid off, and won't be able to find any more jobs because of everyone else getting laid off. But the waitress with no job skills gets a tax break, gets our hard earned money that we worked sometimes 14 hours a day to make, and that is not counting all the illegal aliens living off our tax money that we earn, getting free medical, pay no taxes, take their money back to Mexico and puts it in their ecomony and come back and do it again. So his plan leaves us and our business in the poor house, if we still have a business left. Is this fair redisribution of money, that we work so hard to make? As a business owner we take the risks, we employ people, we make the ecomony grow. What will happen then when Obama takes all our hard earned money and gives it to people who have no job skills, take no risks, etc. Where does that leave the country? This domino effect will be much bigger than the financial crisis we are in now. McCain wants to lower taxes, will stand up against foreign powers, etc. He is our only hope of not going into another depression. There is no easy answer for this economic crisis, that started in 1999 when they de regulated the stock market and the crooks took over. Also Clinton wanted all the minoritys to be able to buy houses and they were giving them loans they couldnt afford, started Freddie and Fanny. There are no easy answers for this crisis, but if the goverment doesn't do something we will be going farther down the hill. If Obama gets elected we are in real trouble!!!

eBay May Switch to New 'Item Page' Before Holidays

Leave it to eBay to continue to make their site worse, every time they try something new. Their biggest season of Christmas, may be what puts them inhole. Donahue has done it again, he has to be the dumbest person I have ever seen run a company! Like the old saying goes, give him enough rope and he will hang himself! Unfortuanatley us too, unless we are smart enough to get out now and find another venue before they go out of business. All you stockholders of eBay should sell, sell, sell, or you will regret hanging on to a lossing website. I am one of the sellers that started in 1998 before they were even on the stock market, no one had ever heard of them, unless you were in the antique and collectible markets. I take it personally that I am one of the many who have helped them become billionares, and this is how he pays us back by sucking the money out of OUR sales!! I suggest Donahue moves his site to Cuba or Venezuela, or North Korea where other dictaorships like him, might welcome him and his policys. I think that any seller who stays on ebay and pays free shipping, outrgeous fees, now having no control on how their pages looks,cannot give buyers any negative feedback, but the buyer can and can acutally get them kicked off eBay are in denial about how much control and money they have lost or are losing by supporting Donahue. I would rather make no money instead of giving in to his dictatoship schemes. I refuse to help make him a billionare when he is robbing us of our income!!! Next month GoAntiques will start their own live and timed auctions, if Yahoo had any sense they are another company in trouble, they would bring back their old auction site and could put eBay out of business, because millions of sellers would flock there, they no longer would have to compete with eBay, which is why they closed their auction site to begin with. If not them then a big company out there will see the oppurtunity for another eBay like auction site, but a fair one like the old eBay. All of us sellers are just waiting for it and we will run, not walk to it. Come on your big guys out there with the money and knowledge of starting another website, we are just waiting for you guys to make your move and I guarantee we will be there!!!!!!
