    • Josh Krause: It can. It defininitely can. Look at 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2009, 2010, even 2011 if you take out the earthquake.

    • Josh Krause: Why sell? There is no near term catalyst to justify selling. Mid April might be a good time with FOMC, Q1 GDP and Sell in May in play.
