Another lying short. What a surprise! Get your facts straight, shortie!

Question for you, Mr. Summers: where did you get your figues of $17 Billion of debt? That's even higher than Ackman's estimated losses. Did you make that up too?

You wrote: "FSA and AGO are the only insurers which have managed to retain top ratings right through the debacle."

WRONG. Last time I checked (just a moment ago), MBIA has retained it's AAA rating from all three agencies.

If one can find such demonstrably inaccurate "analysis" right in the first paragraph, then why should the rest of your "report" be trusted for accuracy?

P.S. Shouldn't you also be disclosing that you're long on BRK.A?

You seem to have repeated problems with disclosure....or is this another mistake my Seeking Alpha (doubtful).....

And, for the record, here is a reliable source, which is not a blog (unlike your the way that you cite Doug Kass as a "source".......

More lies from the Ackman cabal.....

9 Billion in losses? Where did you get that number? How about a source? Even Moody's estimates only 4 Billion and S&P had estimated 5.5 Billion.

Oh, I get it....you're adding the two estimates. Very clever.

And you never did answer my question, mr_xx_reddy....whose ass tastes better? Ackman's or Buffet's??

You should be ashamed of yourself spreading information that is so blatantly incorrect. Did you even look for the MBIA 8-K that was, in fact, released yesterday? It's even on the Yahoo Finance page... biz.yahoo.com/e/071213...

And, if you take twenty seconds to read it, you will see that your "conclusion" is dead wrong. The 8-K specifically states:

"The closing conditions do not include, among other things, an "absence of a material adverse change" condition or a condition that MBIA Insurance Corporation or the Company maintain their current ratings."
