  • Eco Exploration (Santiago, Chile) Produces Reassuring Final Mineral Analysis In Northern Peru

Eco Exploration is pleased to announce that final mineral analyses on samples taken from the company's Eastern Cordillera site in northern Peru, have confirmed high grade gold mineralisation in previously untested areas.

Oct. 19, 2012 - SANTIAGO - Eco Exploration (the "Company) is pleased to announce that on Thursday 18th October final laboratory analyses on deposits collected from 8 separate drill sites, confirmed the presence of high grade gold mineralization in previously untested areas outside the principal zones. This final test comes days before the company is due to begin full scale drilling on the principal site next Monday.

For Eco Exploration this is reassuring information, and gives confidence in the longevity of the new Peruvian project. Since this is the company's first established mine in Peru the company needs to make use of new local resources and must expect some teething problems. However, according to CEO Mr. Andrew Davis is "all part of the challenge of growing a business, Eco Exploration couldn't be more adequately accommodated than in Peru. We have more than sufficient local resources to succeed already in place."

Member of the board of directors and principal geologist Dr. Frank Hughes also commented "As Eco Exploration is to invest further in Peru from 2013, it is important not only that this venture is successful, but also that the company's shareholders realize capital growth. We are supremely confident that we will achieve this". Dr. Hughes went on to say "the excellent local infrastructure means low cash costs for the company and value for our shareholders."

    About Eco Exploration

  • Eco Exploration Approves Commencement Of Drilling At Latest Acquired Project Site In Peru

Eco Exploration a Chile based precious metals exploration and mining company, has given the long awaited final approval to commence drilling at the company´s newest addition to its asset portfolio in northern Peru.

Oct. 10, 2012 - SANTIAGO - This morning Eco Exploration C.E.O. Mr. Andrew Davis addressed a select group of media and local officials at the Eco Exploration offices in Santiago, Chile, to announce that full scale production at its latest project site has been approved and is scheduled to begin on Monday October 22nd 2012. This project, which is located in the mining renowned Eastern Cordillera region of northern Peru, marks the first step of Eco Exploration's planned expansion in Latin America. After talks failed to resolve underlying concerns back in August, the project had stalled in its final stages, but according to Eco Exploration C.E.O Mr. Andrew Davis, will now go ahead.

"This is a massive step for Eco Exploration as we have not previously operated in Peru, and due to the scale of the investment we are making, our administrators need to be totally satisfied prior to moving forward, but I am happy to say that we have now quelled all of the underlying concerns and we are scheduled to commence drilling on the site on Monday 22nd October".

    C.E.O. Mr. Andrew Davis

the Eastern Cordillera site has for some time been owned by Eco Exploration, and has undergone and passed all required feasibility analyses. Proven provable reserves have been established, with an anticipated cash cost of approximately $308 /oz. This low cash cost is due to the extremely heavily mineralizes organic deposits, where both gold and quartz veins are present. The grade of gold extracted from these veins has been shown to range from 10 g/t to 70 g/t Au. The site itself lies at a height of 4500 meters, high in the Peruvian Andes and has attracted many other mining companies to the area with gold deposits that are subject to heavy oxidation causing the ground to become more porous and reducing processing costs. Furthermore, the local area provides excellent transportation access as well as access to an abundantly experienced workforce and equipment. For these reasons Eco Exploration's management are confident that this move will ultimately yield great returns for the company and its shareholders.

  • Eco Exploration Analysts Forecast Gold Spot Price To Reach $2000 /Oz. In 2012-2013

Analysts at Eco Exploration today released a report forecasting that investors will once again be looking to buy up gold as a reaction to economic uncertainty, pushing the gold spot price above $2000 /oz.

Oct. 2, 2012 - Since gold prices hit record highs of $1920 /oz. in September 2011, the market has seen a great deal of volatility. Market analysts at Eco Exploration (Santiago, Chile) this morning released projections the gold spot price may reach levels above $2000 /oz. during the first quarter of 2013, if not by the end of the fourth quarter of 2012.

This forecast will come as no surprise to avid gold traders, as the likes of Reuters, GFMS and other market analysts have for some time expected record numbers of investors to buy gold as a safe haven, minimizing exposure to market volatility through the uncertainty of 2012.

With the current spot price at $1777 /oz., this projection while somewhat optimistic, lies well within the realm of possibility, and bode extremely well for Eco Exploration during the company's period of expansion in Chile and Peru over the coming years.

As interest rates are largely unexpected to change in 2013 in the USA, and economic uncertainty remains within the property and stock markets; gold is expected to retain its appeal within the investment community.

Eco Exploration C.E.O Andrew Davis said "Since Eco Exploration will be seeking investment capital for our more recent ventures in Peru, this positive news couldn't of come at a better time for us. As a company we are now looking to move forward into new sustainable areas, and timing is of course crucial".
