Before making the conclusion in the article, the same deciles performance leading up to 22-Jan-08, would 1st need to be analyzed.

Another plus is that it trades at 1.2 of book value. True, energy companies need to be valued slightly differently, but this still looks cheap (& there are almost no intangible assets on the balance sheet).
