Whisper Number Impact: Earnings Preview For Altria [View article]
There's only one real world answer as to 'why' the U.S. Supreme Court is very much adverse to hearing anything that has to do with the tobacco industry. They know full well that what the former Clinton administration did visa vie the 46 states and the Master Settlement Agreement forced upon the tobacco's Big 5 was purely, unequivocably 'illegal'...only made to appear legal visa vie our forever 'worthless' Congress, the Senate, the media and a few of the lobbyist groups.
Where are the cries to REPEAL the Master Settlement Agreement. And to stop using the tobacco industry and soon to be beverage industry as if they were the Robin Hoods for America's audacious, greedy elites?????!!!!!!!!!!!...

Too many frightened little rabbits out there doing it the 'opm' way. But, what the hey! Over the long haul...personnally, some 35+ years with MO, especiaaly...averaging real world highs, buying at the low bite when rabbits play, rather than stay. PM, LO = overrated.

Buy, buy, buy! MO will pay their dividend of # 0.44 per share, but you must own it NLT 26DEC2012.

Altria: The Biggest Threat This Company Faces Is Rising Cost Of Capital [View article]
Buy MO and make your money now. Right now, MO has several 'buy' ratings. Moreover, watch for a 'break-out' of smokeless tobacco...which was originally U.S. Tobacco, Inc. And there is Altria's greatest value to shareholders. Of course, bringing into the Altria Group more an more wine entities would also be a good thing. Make money with MO now and for the foreseeable future.

You are forgetting that AT&T did a Reverse. It's real value is 1/20th of what it is today. Tell the whole 'truth' and nothing but the truth, unless you just happen to be Obama's twin brother. As to The Altria Group, look more closely and dig deeper. Altria Group will be compelled to split into four (4) separate domestic companies sooner than was originally anticipated. Tobacco isn't doomed...it's already taken on a new face visa vie 'smokeless' and e-cigarettes. Moreover, Altria Group has an outstanding management team; therefore I suggest investing often in MO for the short and long term, and don't sweat the 'debt' or dips.
The Choice Is Clear, Despite What Bill Gross Saya [View article]
Remember, you can always count on Bill Gross to sell 'bonds', and pan (talk down) stocks. However, when he touted El Paso as a stock a few years back, he was 6-8 months ahead of himself. Why? Because I purchased several shares of 'EP' at that time and waited almost 8-12 months before I sold to earn a substantial profit. But, for today, I say buy MO, RAI, LO, PM, BTI and even VGR. You won't be sorry you did. My only regret was that I did not purchase more of MRK this year when it went down to $20.00 per share. Hey, shame on me. I own all of the stocks mentioned in my comments. Take a hike, Bill; and sell your bonds for dividend paying socks. And that includes a few Reits; i.e. CMO, and NLY.
