Great info, keep it coming. I enjoyed this article. I previously held PHO and made the switch to CGW in the summer.

Breat article. I have been investing in water for the last few year and belive in its future. So far, I have primarily used ETF's.

Is there any stocks, companies or funds, that actually specialize in water rights?

Keep it coming. I am starting to get interested in this company. It would take cash flow to turn positive and an actual debt reduction plan. I like the propsect of its underlying real estate, but there are so many other issues to worry about currently.

I agree completely. This site and service are amazing. What scares me is that I use magazine covers as a contrary indicator, so please keep up the good work and not change. Thanks for the great content.

Good idea. I have also used ALD and MCI as access to different area. MCI has a great track record. I have also sprinkled in EFR, FCO, BGT for some of my income needs.

Great stuff. I am a huge fan of non-correlated investing. Try adding some of the Wisdom Tree funds for alpha. Also, any thoughts on NCHPX. High fees, but a great diversifier.
