Fishor, Took another look at SKF - I think Etrade was reporting the volume at the minute your transaction placed. During the day there are 300k, 600k, and even 1.75k shares traded within one minute. It is a very active ETF!

Time to Get Serious About Utilizing Short ETFs

Fishor, checked my advfn.com monitor - shows 6.7m also. I use Etrade also - in QID, SH, and DXD for shorts. In KO, JNJ, WMT, and UN for long term staples. Looks like I will have to drop JEC for now... Have some mutual fund IRA accounts, and 15% cash. Am expecting a mid-April Dow low of 11,450, then a slooow volatile rise rest of year. Who knows for sure? Make your choices and go for a ride!

Have been in index ETFs but am concerned about the losers dragging down the returns over all - Any comments on selected stocks versus index?
