I cant get past the first paragraph, which is factually inaccurate.

"Had there been enough foresight Yahoo could have been purchased earlier for far less than the current premium"

o rly? Here is a chart of yahoo's stock price. PLEASE point out the date on which the stock could have been purchased for "far less". Considering the special dividend was handed out two years ago, and the pre-acquisition announcement shows yhoo at its 4-year low point.
