I cant get past the first paragraph, which is factually inaccurate.

o rly? Here is a chart of yahoo's stock price. PLEASE point out the date on which the stock could have been purchased for "far less". Considering the special dividend was handed out two years ago, and the pre-acquisition announcement shows yhoo at its 4-year low point.
