Interesting analysis. What are your thoughts on this Tuesday's conference call? I was impressed by the continued growth of the NetSimplicity business, but I didn't get a sense of how fast the iEmployee business grew when it was a private company, or how fast ASUR management thinks it will grow in the future. I'd love to know what numbers correspond with the bars on this bar chart ( www.iemployee.com/mkt/... ) from iEmployee's website.

Cash levels were a little lower than I expected (to about $9.5 million) at the end of the quarter, but that's still a nice hoard. I'm guessing that the operating expenses going forward should be less than the current ~$2.8 million after a reduction in headcount and other efficiencies from the merger, so given the level of SaaS sales last quarter, ASUR could start earning consistent profits in the third quarter of its fiscal year (I wouldn't be surprised if there were a small loss next quarter due to costs from the consolidation, e.g., severance)>
