I'm a 72 year old semi-retired real estate broker. Bought my first stock when I was 18 years old
and invested haphazardly after that. In 2007, I went back into the market heavily and have not regretted it.
Regarding URI, I bought this at $48 and a couple of months ago I was chatting with a construction company owner who told me he rents from URI all the time because California passed a law (in January I believe) saying that construction equipment motors had to be modified. Apparently this modification will cost him something $170,000 per machine so he is electing to rent instead of do the work.
