ConocoPhillips: Why the Sell-off?

Jimmy..."steep" decline? a couple of percent isn't "steep" and they are looking at projections of 2%. "liquidating its assets": can you tell us what they are selling? All I've heard of is Neatherlands which are smallish and gas stations which don't make any money anyway!
