  • Preparing For Volatility: How A Plan Can Help [View article]
TIS attracted my interest by its focus and record. Its very small, but its a nice "small business" with solid management. No huge moat, but an ability to complete. Bought it last December at $21.24. Have collected $.55 in dividends so far--very pleased. Stock price is up a little, but that's because of the market. Still a good value, in my opinion.

I enjoyed your report--well done and full of meat. I'm long T; and VZ, BCE, TU and TLSYY. I'm one of the dividend investors you mentioned in your report. If T can grow its dividend by the inflation rate I'll be very happy. But I'll be mindful of the points you raised.

  • HTA Is In The REIT Class That Teaches The ABCs Of The MOBs [View article]
    Great report!
I bought HTA, MPW, ARCT (O), OHI and STAG after reading your postings and doing my own work. The stock prices are up from 18% to 41%, but the reason I bought them was for the distribution returns!
    Thank you.

OLP is primarily a triple-net REIT focusing on retail properties. The tenants include, for me, too many without good credit quality. I'm long LXP and O.

Brad, your note of caution is an excellent reminder!
Thanks to you I have nice gains in HTA, O (ARCT) and STAG; and big gains in MPW and OHI. My largest REIT positions are HCN-PI, LXP and MAA (owned for 20+ years).
I'm eager to read your upcoming posts.
