The irony is that Obama has been re-elected on the backs of the african american vote, the irony is that african american unemployment is north of 14% (last time I read anything on it). Nearly double that of whites... Of course this plays into the theory that people voted for him so that they could be provided for while being unemployed.
The poor will get poorer and the rich will... well still be rich.
I stopped reading after you mentioned RIMM above something... will bookmark to come back in 3 years for a good laugh though. (either at myself or at the article only time will tell).

I thought we were blaming the lindsay lohan family?
To blame just one party is just ignorant, both parties failed here, extremism is alive and well here in the US and it's destroying our ability to compromise.

Republican House Speaker John Boehner says he’s not sure Congress and President Obama can reach a deal to avoid the fiscal cliff. “I’m not confident at all,” Boehner quips. The next iPhone (AAPL) will be "the most impactful device in Apple's history," predicts FBR's Craig Berger: he thinks the product could be good for 50M-52M builds in calendar Q4, and over $50/share in earnings over its lifetime. Berger expects baseband and power management chip supplier Qualcomm (QCOM - previous) to be a major beneficiary, and also sees Fairchild (FCS) and NXP (NXPI) gaining chip content relative to the 4S. Many analysts are expecting blowout Q4 iPhone sales. [View news story]
I really doubt that it can be the most 'impactful' device in Apple's history... It's another smartphone just like the last 3 renditions... Unless it makes me bacon and eggs while I'm in the shower it's just a better smartphone. Not really impacting anything but people who are upgrading to the next rendition.
The first gen iPhone sure definitely, irrefutably the most 'impactful' product Apple created...
