I currently work as an Electrical Engineer (PE). I have a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, a B.S. in Computer Engineering, and an M.S. in Financial Engineering.
I am most interested in out of favor or undiscovered companies trading at a discount to intrinsic value. My time frame for an investment is a minimum of three years unless the company valuation exceeds my estimate of intrinsic value within that time.
I run the long-term dividend investing website: www.theconservativeincomeinvestor.com
I spend most of my time reading through annual reports looking for a small-cap stock to feature in my monthly edition of "The Conservative Investor Digest." That is where you can find my best work, and that is where I focus my research.

I am a graduate of the U.S Army Ranger school and a former member of the 1st Ranger Battalion and The Old Guard (U.S Army Honor Guard.) I am currently employed as a law enforcement officer in California.
I have approximately 12 years experience as a retail investor. I trade with 10% of my portfolio as I find trading keeps me on the market's pulse. Otherwise I tend to invest in value stocks.
Best of luck in your investments, Chuck

Having graduated from University of Toronto specializing in health sciences, my interests lie in discovering novel technologies and approaches that have potential to change conventional science. I consider myself to be a strategic investor with a primary focus in poised equity investments. My research areas include the healthcare and technology sector.
Previously, I spent some time working for one of the largest independent global investment managers, Invesco. Here is where I became familiar with mid-cap and small-mid cap names. I plan on following, capitalizing and sharing the investing opportunities that I believe to be compelling with the Seeking Alpha community.
In addition, I am registered as a CFA level 2 candidate
I work for a government agency that actively monitors global financial markets. I have expertise in derivatives, traded products, securitizations, bonds, and equities. I also have experience with wealth management and corporate trust.
My personal investment preference is long-term buy & hold with a macro focus.
My opinions are my own and I do not express any views of the agency I work for.
I enjoy analyzing the financial health of companies and pointing out areas the market is either not recognizing or ignoring. A long time investor, I put my money where my mouth is. That's why I'm passionate about my positions. I trumpet companies I believe in and back my articles up with data and graphs.
