  • After Many Months, Is Ford Finally On A Roll? [View article]
Even that little Fiesta ST, go drive one, it does things that it really should not be allowed to do by the laws of physics! I should have, by all rights, ended up in some farmers field, but, stayed on the road. Just fun to drive, for those who like to drive.

That new Focus with the three banger and the 6 speed manual has my interest, diesel like fuel economy on RUG. What could be bad with that? Sure it won't be the fastest on the road, but, who really needs to go 0-60 in 4 seconds?

gggl, also, the GM truck has been judged to be superior to the Ford offering, but, no one is buying them? Buying the older Ford instead? Not sure why, but, it is what is happening. GM is putting $$$ on the hood of the trucks as they are moving so slowly. 1980XLS must be a disgruntled Ford x-employee or something along those lines, has been anti-Ford for a while. Not saying Ford does everything right, just a little "less wrong" than the other domestics.

RIQ, seriously? With all the entitlements we have in this country you can't think of any poor worse off? Your credibility is gone with that one. You can have a decent income being working poor here, ever hear of the earned income credit? It is a powerful thing when utilized correctly.

I would not want to be the prosecutor educating a jury on HFT. Too complicated to prosecute? Maybe that is what the Justice Department will say?

Another decent article, thanks for keeping us up to date regarding this company. Not sure what the catalyst will be, since Moema has not moved the stock, back to where it was post operating announcement.

And we see how that sacrifice worked out for the Japanese. Was just watching a segment of WWII in color on the "divine wind" attacks. They did take out a lot of our ships, but, what it also did was inform the U.S. high command that the Japanese were not beaten. Thus, the decision was made to drop the bomb on them. That decision was not made lightly, and only upon consideration of the massive casualties the U.S. would suffer during and invasion of the homeland islands.

DC, there is your minor history piece for the day...
