I have been a high school English Teacher, corporate salesman, doorman in Central Park, and am now a licensed New York City tour guide doing what I love for fun and - hopefully - profit. I have lived in New York City for over 35 years.
I believe I am being nibbled at by the travel-bug, so it's crucial for me to establish my savings in a growth portfolio.

The Street Teacher
Although the website lists a variety of tours, most every tour taken is by special request. Only occasional does The Street Teacher announce and advertise scheduled "public tours," although such are often offered in the spring and fall. Tour requests are taken from anyone at almost any time, from individuals
as well as groups both corporate and academic. Also, for those interested in specific destination management type services, airport or railroad station pick-up and drop-offs can be requested, as can other more event-oriented services such as restaurant dine-arounds and the like.
The Talk of New York!
This is more a supplement to the Newsletter, which is sent by subscription, and doesn't promote any specific tour usually. More commonly, this blog is a journal of the experience and struggles of life and play in New York.
Currently, there are no book details for RunTour.
