    Why is it hard to understand that a Chinese stimulus package would cause a bigger rally than than the U.S. "stimulus" package? Ours is almost ALL pork, and is the wrong approach to begin with -- more debt on top of a debt-caused problem. If the Chinese had done one, we'd probably see some benefit without having to do the paying for it.
