You might subtract that phrase from your vocabulary praising the past 7 years. Which brings us to the current black swan event we are sitting on and thus can only partially see. The crumbling of our banking morals, facilitated by asleep at the wheel, lack of morals and greed. 1 yr from now I bet you revise your forecast again retroactively. :)
