    • CASPER1984: past 2 days. Ofcoarse, only to a certain degree, but i think it could have played a small factor.
      4/3/14
    • CASPER1984: volume was also down across the board on quite a few, people holding their money for something. Maybe?
      4/3/14
    • JCStyles: Volume is definitely down. Spring break maybe? Don't really see how.. but that's what others have been saying
      4/3/14
    • vicbulge: I tell myself to sit on that pile of cash and wait for these drops (15-50%) almost across the board. Then I get bored, no cash to buy now.

    • vicbulge: Casper, I wasn't familiar with $TWD. Did Alan post about it? He posts so much, I don't read it all, or any some days.

    • vicbulge: MJ stocks are so volatile, I'm learning that if it goes up 100%, sell 95% of it and just wait for it to cycle back down. 10 baggers history?
      4/3/14
    • vicbulge: Hopefully you are right JC. Am I paranoid for thinking the rest of the world is secretly selling to leave me holding the bag? Puns intended
      4/3/14
    • JCStyles: Hah I feel you.. The volatility is crazy in this sector. That's why I like it. I get bored too.. and just have to buy, buy, buy

    • vicbulge: Need a green Friday......I've seen enough red for awhile.
      4/3/14
    • Trader_Jake: don't complain about red. just load it up.

    • vicbulge: TJ go up 6 posts and read......I would like to, but can't.

    • here's your sign: Seems $hemp only goes up substantially around New Years when they all go up. I sat on a BUNCH for months last year.

    • Trader_Jake: i haven't dd'ed many of those. the ones i did, i wasn't a huge fan. my only recommendation is to sit long (as you know) and to relax.
      4/3/14
    • Trader_Jake: if you have to wait for a little bitty gain to sell and break even with commission/ fees, maybe you should, and move money where it will

    • Trader_Jake: better serve your needs/ desires. just don't let your emotions get to you. remember the rules of the game.

    • ephemeral: They're mostly momentum stocks sensitive to the market, especially at near historic highs. It's classic risk reward tradeoff.

    • D-struction: I hear you, vicbulge. While I am not as high beta as you, I too am getting drilled. Names like $DATA, $JAZZ, $XONE getting pummeled too.

    • vicbulge: Thanks all.....yes this is the high risk portion of my account as opposed to the safer majority.

    • vicbulge: Sea of Red...down $28,740 this week! If I took profits on my holdings, it would amount to $1500. It WILL be better next Friday, I'm cool.
      4/4/14
    • D-struction: It will be. Sometimes you just have to hold your nose and buy. Got $OLED at a great price today. Will buy some $FEYE or $PANW soon. .
      4/4/14
    • Trader_Jake: if you're able to take profits, you may consider selling off some positions to move into other decent short term and long term plays..
      4/4/14
    • D-struction: IF you have profits. I do but I have some intense losses to accompany those gains.

    • Xvansan: IMO, this is only the beginning of the MMJ bubble correction. Every name is overbought and due for 30%+ corrections
      4/7/14
    • vicbulge: Xv looking like that for sure....the red rain keeps falling.

    • Ruben12345: the market will have to come down by 20%... just no other way to have the indexes support a fragile economy
