The figures you quote are year end capacity, not planned production during the calendar year backed by silicon supply. For example for Q-Cells you give 700MW in 2008, but the figure in their Q3 presentation is actually 587MW. For Suntech you state 1100MW for 2008, but they only have enough silicon currently to produce 530MW in 2008.
