Street Underestimating Ag. Equipment Maker CNH Global's Forward Earnings
I also am long CNH. Interesting enough, I also own DE, POT, MOS, MON, IPI, RIG, and RIO, amoung others. CNH suffers from New York, Wall Street, American bias. The market just doesn't pay attention to European Stocks. Few people in the USA know Case or New Holland. If they had continued to use the INTERNATIONAL HARVESTOR name, a household word in Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, and on through Kansas,Texas and Montana, the agricultural giant that would be better know. At less than $30.00 a share I am still buying.

50/50 Odds for Agco Too Risky
I disagree. CNH is being abused by the general decline in the market the same a DE or CAT. But the international market is strong, and whereas DE and CAT must internationalize, CNH is already international.

Why is CNH Global Stock So Cheap?
I agree completely. This is a strong company with a global reach, biodesiel friendly, innovatove, 4 wheel drive tractors, design award winning equipment. International Harvestor (Chase Ih) is a houshold word in the american fram belt. I am a buyer!

      Is WCI Communitites Bankrupt?
They over-built and over-priced fare beyond the market relying on massive advertising campaigns and promotion, not value to sell their product. It is not a good company by any measure.

      Getting Short and Taking Profits
Don't understand selling AVAV? They seem to have no where to go up up. They are a Energy, Aero Space, and Military play.

Hovnanian Enterprises Suffers Gruesome Fourth Quarter
This would not have happened under ther leadership of Kavorc Hovnanian. The Son is not the Father! Ara has never experienced hard times or a major slow down, and accordingly has not planned for the event. There was a time when the company understood diversification, and the price point sensivity of their product.
Look for continues decline as they run out of land and lots. Ara thinks he will by land back at a 25% discount, lower his home prices accordingly, and expand his market base. Quite the contary will happen. He will be bidding top dollar, bidding against every other homebuilder for scarce lots. Raw land takes up to two years to develop. It will take Ara 9 months to realize his mistake, two years to develope lots, and three years to show a net profit. Sell, sell, sell!
