    great. another market to manipulate. ironic that the industry was dead set against it until "the price never came down." the point is still the same...there is an open revolt against the internal combustion engine globally...with dramatic consequences for the global economy and capital flows...let alone geo politics. while i don't forsee the price of these fuels to ever achieve the levels of 1998 at the is extraordinary how supported these prices still are in spite of a multi decade supply glut.

    thank you for an interesting article. i would be curious if you could lay out for me...a layman in these matters...the risk profiles of the various asset classes mentioned here. i have always regarded treasuries as the safest asset class and therefore any sudden and negative (or positive) move in said asset class as negative (or positive) for all other assets. perhaps i'm just a simpleton here but it seems to me the best approach right now is to wait for the sell off in treasuries to spread and then start buying if that's the case. again thank you for your article.
