The Real Reason Chinese CEOs Are Going Global

I have to say this author is biased against CHL CEO and wants to play a part in the intrigue to dispatch CHL stockholders faith on the company's performance and prospectus by simply addressing its tie with Chinese government. In addition, I don't think a lot of engineers and handset manufactures in China hate TD-SCDMA. this just makes no sense. What the hell does a communication standard has to do with a manufacturer? If there is any impact, those who hate TD-SCDMA should be European, American, and Japanese companies. I think telecomm carriers in China now is well taking advantage of their edge against other 3G standards. Once the UAT of TD-SCDMA is widely passed, it will be adopted in China. The current issue remaining is that China Telecom and China Mobile, the two monopolistic carriers in China, are not willing to lower their service price, which seems to be a fine rate but are still too high for the general Chinese public. Two solutions for this dilemma are: 1) Wait for the Technology to mature and the economy of scale to form; 2) Wait for the Chinese income level to rise to where they could and are willing to afford the service charge of 3G. Currently I am prone to the latter.
