Tweaking My Portfolio in a 'Substantive and Timely' Manner

I am long SRS and believe it will continue appreciating with the fall in the real estate market. However, I am considering selling half my position because of the likelihood of a rate cut and the "stimulus package", which could push markets up in the very near term. Won't SRS be cheaper if you wait a bit?
