    As a homeowner and landlord, my recollection is that I lost about 50% of my equity during the last administration. I think Obama's doing a pretty good job of cleaning up behind Dubya. Too bad the GOP is more concerned with posing and cares so little about you and me that they are stonewalling the Stimulus process. Just saw that the House bill passed without any GOP votes.
