While the number of applications soar, the number of loans actually closing likely won't rise symmetrically, correct? Also, is it safe to say that the newer loans won't be as marketable as in the past?

Do you believe the snap in some of the foreign country ETF's is primarily a reaction to the Fed's inclination to ease (a "vote" for the dollar's continued weakness)...or is there more that we're missing?
