Buffett Increases Stake in COP - Smart Move!

I'm not sure buffet think's oil is too cheap... but at a PE of 4 he has, earnings can drop 70% and you will only be owning a stock with a PE of 12. Huge downside protection, tons of cash flow repurchasing the stock and a nice dividend. COP is a great buy unless you think oil is going to the $10-$20 range.
