I am taking the same path that user 490562 and right a good example of that is ABT . It s a matter of fact I will be buying more today if it trades below 46$ again.
Thanks for your articles and free analysis Dividend For Growth . All your input is much appreciated to small investors like me that share your views of investing.

  • Why Choose Low Yield over High Yield Stocks? [View article]
One final note I wished you had more pure global companies on your list such as DEO for example . It would give us some kind of protection against the weak, and maybe weaker to be , US $ .

  • Why Choose Low Yield over High Yield Stocks? [View article]
The eternal debate which in my view (I share the author s view) is not one which yielding stocks to buy. Buy JNJ , EMR , ABT when they become value stocks . A good example of that is ABT right now . If you don t buy it now you will never buy it for all the reasons you want.
Buy the stocks on dividends4life s list when they are at a deep discount . You may have to wait a long time but the reward is huge. I always wanted to buy ABT and now that s what I am doing. I did the same thing with JNJ and now I am patiently waiting for EMR to come down. TY dividends4life for your help ,

  • Filtered Equity Income Stock Prospects [View article]
WONDERFUL ! what a nice tooland I agree with granger - solid article as always. Every time I see your name I have to read and ,before deleting it , I save it. Also I do not put any money at work before I reread all your articles that I preciously kept. Thanks a lot for your help Richard . One stock , that you mention few times , that I keep hesitating before I pull the trigger is PAYX . I kind of like it, have been watching for some time now but I need more convincing . But I do own some of the stocks you have on your list here. Also AFL looks temting but I am so afraid of that sector. Could you elaborate a little more on those 2 stocks? Many thanks again...

Thank you David very well said , clear and plain english. Those dividends make the difference over 10 years or more. It would be nice if you could write something about dividend yield versus dividend growth and give us some examples. Many people are saying that over the long term you should cocentrate on dividend growth and not dividend yield . How long are they talking about , I believe that it must also depends of your age. It would be appreciated if you could elaborate more on that. Have a nice day David.

agree totally with Rightinsanfrancisco we need to have stock analysts completely separated from the brokerage companies .Right now they cannot be trusted and that leaves the small investors on its own in this jungle of greed.
