this article is just trying to help all small investors, it s not telling us to buy top brands at any cost. It also admits that there were some losers in the top 100. MIKLRZ I am on your side , I have avoided MO in the past thinking like James Wilson and what a mistake it was. I place a buy order every day for MO ,trying to get at 15$ and I hope that one day it will fill. But after all we need more people that has the same thinking than JW so that gives us to get MO on the cheap side. After all diverse opinions and diverse decisions are the essence of a stock market.

well some of us borned cranky and will cranky. No matter what you do they ll never be happy.I don t mind the darts since I always do my homework and I like ideas. Don t live day to day ,instead get ready for the good days and there will be some, I am not suicidal yet. The only question mark for me is SYK , nice sector but moving 2 ways only, sideways or downways, why? I would like to buy some but after watching it for a year now I am not too impressed. Any thoughts to share with us on this one?
Seven Companies That Raised Their Dividends, Despite Market Turmoil [View article]
it s still nice to know which companies can raise their dividend in this tough environment Atavist. And who knows what yield they ll have ,at today s cost, in 10 years from now. But for the time being,if you need the cash,I agree with you you must look somewhere else. There are a lot of good ,sound companies that have higher yield indeed. I own ACN mostly for growth and I don t mind the small dividend which is starting to be interesting since I bought those shares at an average price of 34$.
Tkx for your article, I bought ACN at 34$ and did not know if I made a mistake when I didn t sale it when it touched 43$. What should I do if or when it returns at 43$? Do you have an exit price or should I let it ride for a much longer time? I know that I made a mistake when I sold my AAPL ,with a nice profit , at 50$ and I would hate to make the same mistake, could you help me with this? thank you!
Bought ACN at an average price of $33 and I can t complain. I am keeping an eye on PAYX and have been tempted to buy it a few times but the direction of the market on this one intrigues me.Anybody knows what s going on with PAYX? I would appreciate any feedback on this one.
