Is Silver Undervalued?

I do not know much about how the spots are figured or who figures them, but maybe the silver spot should get a re-evaluation in contrast with gold spot. I keep looking for updates but all the hype is that "PM's" are on the rise. Well how high? Just a curious Silver owner.
