Very good analysis. JNJ is making a huge push into "beauty" including beauty devices (fillers, implants etc. are classified as medical devices). These devices are generally immune to private label competition and depend on deep relationships with dermatologists and plastic surgeons who usually specialize in installing one set of devices (wide moat).
Methink Allergan could also be in J&J's target - it may acquire Botox and the ophthalmic business in one fell swoop. J&J currently has the biggest "OTC" ophthalmic business with the Visine brand.
