you buy these stocks because they will recover and then trade on normalized earnings. just like homeowners and consumers can work through their bad investments . the banks still have significant earnings power.
look at the chart and you see c is worth 6.5 to 7 dollars. the government is investors in citibank stock. they dont need to hurry a secondary which would not be dilutive anyway. just look at the chart and buy the stock and then relax. long since 3.25 neckline breakout at 4. you do the math. simplify your analysis and stop looking for reasons to be scared.

talking about buying stocks. but why not just buy growth. not fslr but almost any other solar is attractive. of course the street is staring at charts and picking targets lower. but the fundamentals will have these stocks recovering nicely in the next 12-18 months(give yourself some time for stupid to be finished) csiq, solf, stp, asti, etc.
